Dispone de un tope lateral escalado para el corte a diferentes medidas en un extremo, en el otro extremo dispone una sierra circular.
Con un sistema de tracción por cadenas, las tablillas son arrastradas a la sierra circular que corta las tablillas a medida.
Dispone un sistema de prensores para tablillas para que no se muevan durante el proceso de corte.
De manera opciona, se puede instalar un tramo de salida con un sustema de clasificación de las tablas con diferentes cajones de almacenaje.
Incorpora una toma para conectar al sistema de aspiración de la fabrica y evitar así la acumulación de serrin en la tolva de corte.
En el panel de control, instalamos un regulador de velocidad para poder ajustar velocidad en función del tipo de madera.

CNC panel saw with circular disc, designed for precise cutting and squaring of sandwich panels and technical boards.
The machine incorporates a CNC circular saw head with rotation from 0 to 90°, full control of X, Y and Z axes, and a robust structure designed for continuous industrial operation.

The machine allows longitudinal and transverse cuts, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, repeatability and clean cutting finish, even in composite materials such as GRP-PU-GRP.

The stringer nailing machine is designed for nailing stringers used in the manufacture of four-way entry pallets. The machine is equipped with a deck board magazine and four block magazines —or three magazines, depending on the variant— in which the wooden components required to form the stringer, consisting of blocks and deck boards, are loaded.

The machine automatically and on demand picks up the wooden components by means of a feeding carriage. As the carriage moves towards the nailing guns, the guns fasten the different wooden parts together using coil nails. The nailing machine is fitted with sensors in the magazines that automatically stop the machine in the event of a lack of wood, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

In addition, the machine features a dedicated mechanical system that drives the nails diagonally into the blocks, significantly improving the strength and quality of the joint.

Manufactured from structural steel, the stringer nailing machine offers high robustness, ensuring a long service life even in demanding production environments. It also incorporates an automatic speed control system that provides smooth and controlled movement of the carriage.
