Clavadora palets CNC D602A
The CNC pallet nailing machine is built around a mould in which the operator places the wood corresponding to the pallet stringers and the three cross members. The top deck boards are loaded into a board magazine, which automatically places them as the mould advances towards the nailing station. There is also the option to manually place all the pallet components, dispensing with the board magazine, depending on customer requirements or pallet design.
Once the mould has passed the wood loading area, it moves to the nailing station. At this station, a gantry-type structure equipped with front and rear nailing guns nails the pallet at the positions previously programmed via the touchscreen used as the human–machine interface (HMI). The number of nailing guns, as well as their configuration and nail types, is variable and is defined in a separate section according to the model and production requirements.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with an additional stringer nailing station using a seventh nailing gun, dedicated to nailing the stringers located on the side of the mould.
After the nailing process is completed, the mould advances to the extraction stage, where an extraction system removes the pallet from the mould and places it onto the stacking conveyor.
Optionally, before stacking, the pallet may pass through a corner cutting station and subsequently through a marking station, where transverse marks are applied according to the selected configuration.
Finally, the pallet enters the stacker, which stacks pallets until the programmed quantity is reached. Once this number is achieved, the stack is transferred by a conveyor with capacity for up to four pallet stacks, where they remain awaiting removal by a forklift operator.
