Single-blade board end-trimming saw is a machine designed for the precise sizing of wooden boards, ensuring uniformity and high productivity in industrial environments.

The equipment features graduated lateral stops located at one end, allowing the cutting length to be easily adjusted according to the different required dimensions. At the opposite end, it incorporates a high-performance circular saw responsible for carrying out the final cut with precision.

The feeding system operates by means of chain drive traction, which continuously and controllably conveys the boards toward the circular saw. To ensure stability during the process, the machine integrates a pressure hold-down system, preventing movement and guaranteeing straight, accurate cuts.

The stringer nailing machine is designed for nailing stringers used in the manufacture of four-way entry pallets. The machine is equipped with a deck board magazine and four block magazines —or three magazines, depending on the variant— in which the wooden components required to form the stringer, consisting of blocks and deck boards, are loaded.

The machine automatically and on demand picks up the wooden components by means of a feeding carriage. As the carriage moves towards the nailing guns, the guns fasten the different wooden parts together using coil nails. The nailing machine is fitted with sensors in the magazines that automatically stop the machine in the event of a lack of wood, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

In addition, the machine features a dedicated mechanical system that drives the nails diagonally into the blocks, significantly improving the strength and quality of the joint.

Dispone de un sistema de clavado de clavos de plástico que se introducen en los tacos de madera a fin de identificar los palets con un número único y poder gestionar la trazabilidad de los mismos con un software.

It has a side stop plate where the boards are supported, in parallel, the cutting carriages are arranged (as many clubs are chosen).
With a chain drive system, the boards are dragged to circular saws that cut the boards to size.
It has a pressure system so that the boards do not move during the cutting process.
Optionally, an exit section can be installed with a board classification system with different storage drawers.
There is also the option of adjusting the carriages using a CNC touch panel indicating the cutting size.
It incorporates a socket to connect to the factory's aspiration system and thus prevent the accumulation of sawdust in the cutting hoppers.
